What are you missing out on ?
How is your old pattern helping you achieve what you truly desire ?
Now look at How you would like it to Be
If you were to do this differently, what would that be ?
If you could change this, how would you feel ?
What would be the downside of feeling better in yourself ?
What would people notice about you ?
How would this impact your relationships, self perception, daily experiences ?
