Meditation. There are so many varieties that we can become confused, procrastinate and worry about which, how, when, where and for what reason we could meditate. This ultimately buys into our Beliefs (module.1) and can hinder our aligning to purpose. This module teaches step-by-step several modalities, you decide when and for what purpose. This is about you.
