We enter the small business environment with the intent of pursuing a passion, seizing an opportunity, creating and making a difference.
We begin with the focus of "what is important to me"
We enter knowing there shall be handwork, difficult times and much that we do not know and welcome learning so we may receive that which drove us there in the beginning: creating a lifestyle for ourselves.
Many owners forget, don’t know how or are afraid of creating, implementing, measuring and relinquishing to a succession plan within their business. The repercussions are enormous and typically those most affected are the owners.
I created a system which enables growth through measurable accountability, incentivising and profit sharing for incremental ownership generating balance and enabling the owner to step into the lifestyle they initially created the business for and away from the stresses and imbalance they find themselves in.
It also presents the opportunity to sell or expand your business. A 'step-back' scheme.
You choose whether you wish to completely or partially relinquish the reigns.
