When we know Who we are (Environment/ Purpose), we choose What we will provide others (Structure)

When we know what to provide, we choose How (Implementation)

When we align all of this to Who we are, we See, Hear, Feel how it impacts those we Serve, our Team (People)

If we fail to look, listen, ask questions, reflect, grow and develop ourselves, then we fail to fulfil the position of leadership and remain a Manager in a position of opportunity.
