All too often, we find ourselves forced by circumstance to begin something new.

I say forced as it a choice. Comfort (or discomfort) in remaining where we were, is always an option.

Whether this is a relationship, a new job, a new position, a new vocation, a new city or place or simply a new habit; the means of getting there is the same. Choice.

Likewise, the initial feeling of certainty shall always lead to uncertainty at some stage. It is normal, it is a challenge, it tests courage and like courage, it comes from facing fears, apprehensions, anticipations and continuing regardless.

There is a Purpose and that purpose aligns with your Values, Beliefs and what Matters to You.

Reflection is our greatest gift to ourself. It is our benchmark, our realisation of hopes & dreams.

It is our ‘pat on the back’, the tear in the eye of pride.

In Business as in Life, reflection is essential for Growth, it is essential for Failure, it is essential for teamwork, productivity, communication, awareness, support and success.

Those who do not reflect, lose the greatest gift, the greatest pleasure, the greatest value-add.
